Repair APPLECARE PLUS BRAZIL

I live in Brazil, I'm from Brazil, and I'm trying to repair my iPhone 13 and I can't. I can't repair my iPhone 13, it's damaged with physical damage, covered by the plan, I've already been to the AppleStore and requested the repair in two Authorized apples, I've tried to send it by mail and nothing, the system refuses to repair or replace the iPhone because it has an Imei blocked, and I didn't know it was blocked, I bought it new, I paid the plan every month and the phone worked normally, the chip sometimes didn't start but it didn't make any difference to me. The support always says that they cannot do the repair due to the restriction and the only person who can remove it is the responsible agency, being an American TMOBILE operator, they do not give me the appropriate support, and they do not offer me an unlocking option because I do not have one counts on them, the TMOBILE Id, which I could only create with a sim card from their operator, to verify the phone number. This is impossible in Brazil because you don't get this operator signal, and when you hire the plan nothing is said about it, it's still today if you check the number it says it's covered for accidental damage, they don't give me repair solution, as if it weren't their problem and there's no way to repair it because of the restriction, I don't know who put it in and I don't know how to remove it, from the time I make the repair I don't care about the restriction, when I do the plan the iPhone is diagnosed by the Apple Support app, there was no restriction but when it comes to repairing it appears, funny right? When I need to use the plan always the same excuse, I was not offered another alternative, I have been paying for the plan for more than 3 months without being able to use the device. Since right after contracting the APPLECAREPLUS plan I asked if the restricted Imei would influence the repair and he said that the repair would be done normally, so I asked for telephone support, which makes me even more disgusted with the situation

Opa, boa tarde, estou aqui para te dar algumas dicas do que fazer nessa sua situação.


Uma vez que o técnico de HW de passou esse posicionamento que não teria como consertar o aparelho pois está com restrição do IMEI, não tem o que fazer a não ser entrar em contato com a TMOBILE e explicar pra eles o caso para tentar remover o IMEI conforme dito pelo artigo Como desbloquear o iPhone para usar com outra operadora - Suporte da Apple (BR), aqui no Brasil é proibido o bloqueio do IMEI do dispositivo por parte da operadora no momento da venda de um aparelho, mas em outros países não é, então se optou por comprar lá fora um aparelho bloqueado por uma operadora, quando chega aqui no Brasil pode sim ter problemas, nem só para reparo, podem ter problemas de uso da rede no Brasil, se os termos para ativação e uso do AppleCare é não ter uma restrição no IMEI, vai ter que falar novamente com a TMOBILE e tentar novamente a resolução do caso.


Como perguntou em inglês fiquei confuso se mora no Brasil mas fala apenas em inglês, acabou perguntando na comunidade do Brasil, onde as perguntas podem ser em português, mas se tiver preferência pelo inglês, aqui segue a resposta tambem em inglês.
