EarPods / wired headphones "tap to play/resume" wrongly calling Siri
Tapping the central button quickly on the inline control of the wired headphones has always worked to play/pause or to resume music previously being played. It even worked to start playing music when the device wasn't previously doing so. It was massively convenient when on-the-go
Now even when the song is still showing paused on the lock screen and you hit the button, no matter how quickly, it calls Siri unnecessarily and it's a pain to dismiss it and then to get the device to actually do what you wanted. You have to tap the central button many times and waste 5-10secs on this mess.
Now, if holding the button has always been the command to call siri whilst tapping it has always been play/pause, ever since the first iPhone, why make tapping do the same thing? Why make tapping *also* call siri and in the process messing up music controls? Why??
Anyone still using wireds being bothered by this?
