Remove Shared Photo that was shared with me

My iCloud is shared with another person. When we are close to each other, the photos they take end up in the shared photo library and appear for me. If I delete a photo, it gets deleted for the other person too. It would be interesting to have an option for the person receiving a photo in the shared photo library to simply choose not to keep that photo.
