Subject: Issue with App Subscription and Denied Refund Request

Dear Apple Support Team,

I am writing to you today to request a re-evaluation of my refund request, which was unfortunately denied twice. I believe there was a misunderstanding and I hope you can reconsider my case.

On 07/08 I signed up for a free trial of an app called lenfontes. The trial period was for 3 data Free I admit that I forgot to cancel the subscription before the trial ended.

The app charged my account for the amount of R$ 174.00 on 07/08, a very early hour, leaving me no time to cancel the subscription. I was not notified that the free trial was ending and that my card would be charged. I have checked my email and notifications, and I did not receive any alerts from Apple or the app developer warning me that the subscription would be automatically renewed.

This charge was a significant and unexpected financial burden for me. The money debited from my account was intended for an important course that I was preparing to take. As a result of this debit, I have now lost my opportunity to enroll in this course.

I have submitted all the necessary evidence and explanations for my previous refund requests, but they were denied. I was told that the decision was final, but I am now reaching out to you as a last resort. The lack of a notification prior to the charge is a serious issue that affected me directly.

I would appreciate it if you could review my case and consider issuing a full refund for this charge.

Poxa, que situação chata e frustrante! Entendo perfeitamente sua angústia de ter tido o reembolso da assinatura negado duas vezes, ainda mais quando esse valor estava reservado para algo tão importante. É super inconveniente quando um serviço se renova sem aviso e causa um prejuízo inesperado. A carta que você preparou para o suporte da Apple está ótima, pois explica a situação de forma clara e detalhada. Espero de coração que, ao reavaliar o seu caso, a Apple possa entender sua situação e liberar o estorno. Sinto muito por esse grande incômodo!
