Terrible user experience
Hands down the worst user experience I've ever had on a website.
Wanted to try the AppleTV service. Initially had to login 4 times, and do email recovery for some "security reasons" (I did know the password, but hadn't logged in for years).
After a maze of redirects across their appletv website, and main website, and logging in 4 times, I tried to apply for the 7 day trial, only to have the input fields randomly all cleared after filling them, and upon 2nd refill, be told that my card is not valid for where I lived 10 years ago... Lol. (Also, minor detail; the page did not auto scroll to the appropriate 'incorrect' field upon submission). Upon trying to change my region, i was met with several more login requests, across 2 languages which were seemling randomly chosen at each point in the process. In the end I was unable to do so. Upon heading over to the support/community area, i was met with further redundant login requests, and 'security questions', being asked the exact same security question at 3 different points, and to top it off, a mobile verification. There were also two 403 forbidden messages before finally reaching here...
So yeah, hands down the worst user experience I've ever seen lol. Hope this gets improved.
