WebEx via Apple Carplay

Since some days I use Apple CarPlay. We use very often WebEx for conference calls. It works perfectly on iPhone but via CarPlay the App is more or less useless. The app ask for “who can I call for you” no more. But the vendor Cisco does explain much more features. Where is the mistake?
