AirPods Gen. 1 => €180.- Schrott, oder Entgegenkommen seitens APPLE??

Bin FAN der AirPods, seit es diese Kopfhörer gibt.

Würde auch gerne gegen die AirPods PRO wechseln, hätte ich mittlerweile nicht riesen Problem mit meinen vorhandenen:

• 2 Jahre sind meine Stöpsel alt und die Batterien halten <45min. - Der Leistungsverlust kam nach langer Zeit, aber dafür mit massiver und rapider Auswirkung auf den Hörgenuss.

Nachdem dieses Problem mittlerweile bekannt sein sollte, frage ich mich, ob es seitens Apple ein Entgegenkommen gibt.

• Rücknahme / Austausch => wird des vermutlich nicht geben

aber:

• Wäre man interessiert an der Beschaffung der neuen AirPod Pro Generation und würde man im Zuge des Kaufs, den €180.- AirPod Gen 1 Schrott zurückgeben, gibt es ein Entgegenkommen seitens Apple, in Form einer Gutschrift / teilweiser Kostenübernahme, oder ähnlichem?

Meine Sammlung an Apple-Produkten ist mittlerweile sehr groß.

Die Hälfte der Geräte sind nicht mehr nutzbar, wegen der Updates (z.B. iPod Gen. 6; iPod Nano,...).

Kopfhörer für ~200.- die nach 2 Jahren unbrauchbar sind, sind letztendlich ein Frechheit und eine Umtauschmöglichkeit oder die Verwendung als Anzahlung sollte seitens Apple von selber kommen!

Ich würde mich freuen, wenn es Leidensgenossen gibt, die positive Erfahrungen sammeln konnten und mir mitteilen können, wie man zu einem Entgegekommen der wertvollsten Firma der Welt kommen kannt!

I've been an AirPods fan ever since those headphones came out.

Would also like to change to the AirPods PRO, if I wouldn't have a big problem with my existing ones:

• My plugs are 2 years old and the batteries last <45min. - The loss in performance came after a long time, but with a massive and rapid effect on the listening pleasure.

Since this problem should be known by now, I wonder if there is a concession on the part of Apple.

• Return / exchange => will probably not give that

but:

• Would you be interested in purchasing the new AirPod Pro generation and would you give back the €180 AirPod Gen 1 scrap in the course of the purchase, is there a concession on the part of Apple, in the form of a credit note / partial assumption of costs, or similar?

My collection of Apple products is now very large.

Half of the devices are no longer usable because of the updates (e.g. iPod Gen. 6; iPod Nano,...).

Headphones for ~200.- which are unusable after 2 years are ultimately a cheek and an exchange possibility or the use as a deposit should come from Apple by itself!

I would be happy if there were fellow sufferers who could gain positive experiences and tell me how to get away with the most valuable company in the world!
