How to connect a wacom cintiq 22 UX dvi to 2019 imac thunderbolt 3

I'd like to know how to connect my Wacom cintiq 21 UX mit DVI to a 2019 iMac with Thunderbolt 3.

For the last years i simply used a DVI-to-Thunderbolt2-Adapter,

but i think it will not be possible to simply add another adpater (TB2 to TB3) ontop,

right?

Do you have any suggestions which hardware(chain) will work?
