Blue screen and system does not boot or shutdown.

From past two days, I am facing problem with my Macbook Air 13" 2019 edition. After some update and few hours. Laptop screen has turned blue and i have spoken with the Apple technical support. they suggested to go for service center. But, i would like to know what the problem is and why it happened.
My Laptop does not shut down. If i press the power button it shows black screen but when any other button on keyboard is clicked it shows blue screen again. I tried resetting and safe mode option but it didn't work. Please suggest me what to do or if anyone has a similar problem.
