How to delete a ColorSync Profile?

I have a message from ColorSync Utility and it says "Header message digest(MD5) is not repairable. I was told to delete the ITU-2020-icc. I went through HD-System-Library-ColorSync-Profiles but still can't remove it. It's telling me I only have reading permission. How do you delete the ITU-2020-icc from ColorSync Profile? I have Catalina 10.15.4
