I do have an answer from Autosleep.
This affects a percentage of people that installed 14.0 initially. The iOS 14.0.1 update will no longer cause the issue, but it also does NOT fix the issue for people affected.
This problem is caused by the iOS 14.0 software update corrupting your Apple Health database during the installation process.

This is really a pain, but the instructions have fixed the issue with my Autosleep. After the implementation my Autosleep works again.
Mit dem Masterupdate 14.2 auf iPhone und 7.1 auf Applewatch wurde die Probleme auch ohne Backup behoben. So muss es auch sein!
