Mi iPhone 7 no prende, queda el logotipo de Apple fijo y no arranca. Conecté el celular a la Mac con iTunes para actualizar el software, y me aparece este mensaje de error que no ha podido actualizarse. "El iPhone no ha podido actualizarse. TATSU declined to authorize this image on this device for this user"

Hola, aye_noelia!

Lo del TATSU ese me hace aconsejarte que te pongas en contacto con Soporte de Apple a ver si pueden ayudarte, al buscar posibles ayudas veo que hay que meterse en el terminal del Mac y lo veo complicado, entonces a ver si te pueden ayudar desde Soporte:
