Copio y pega la respuesta de un usuario de reddit (flszem) qué a mí me ha funcionado, al menos en Mac:

"I'm running into this issue as well—at least on macOS—haven't tried iOS. In Safari I popped open Develop->Start Recording Timeline and refreshed the stuck login page. Two resources were stuck loading, both are trying to connect to a domain named "undefined", i.e. https://undefined/tagmgmt/bs.js. The domain should probably be "www.paypalobjects.com" since the files can be loaded from there. I think this is part of two-factor authentication, but not really sure. Seems like we're waiting on a DNS timeout since "undefined" doesn't resolve to anything.

My workaround is to open Terminal and "sudo vi /etc/hosts". I added a line to the end:

127.0.0.1 undefined #PayPal Login Workaround

So now "undefined" will resolve to my computer and the call will immediately fail. This allowed the login process to get to and through the 2 factor authentication step. HTH

PS: If you can add a local DNS entry to your router, you would likely achieve a similar effect on both macOS and iOS."
