Requested a refund for the app 'SPLICE'

Hello, Hello, I requested a refund for the app 'SPLICE', it seems like they ask me to ask Apple to also request the refund, can you let me know about this ? Thanks

I am very anxious because this is not my money. I download the video editing app in a friend's phone and the subscription went in for $99

I am unsure how to move forward, emailed Apple, emailed Splice, but it seems like they don't do refunds for Apple,

Has anyone gone through this process?
