My name is Asmae. I lost my photos on my iPhone after formatting the device. My old iCloud account was logged in, but many photos did not restore. I checked iCloud.com, Google Photos, and WhatsApp backups, but I could not find my lost pictures.

• iCloud account email: mail@gmail.com

• Date of formatting: December 3, 2025

I would like guidance on whether there is any way to recover my lost data, or any official support Apple can provide regarding this issue.
