Eu gostaria de saber se é normal o iPhone inteiro trocado pela Apple vir com a garantia antiga do iPhone anterior?

Se é um iPhone novo não deveria vir com uma nova garantia?

Como quando se compra um iPhone novo e a garantia passa a contabilizar da compra?

Levei meu iPhone 11 para a assistência e o diagnóstico mostrou um problema e como ele ainda está na garantia, de acordo com a assistência autorizada a Apple me mandou um novo.

Quando liguei ele notei que a opção de ver a Cobertura -> Garantia do iPhone, não estava aparecendo, mas por ser uma troca achei que devia ser normal, passado uns dias entrei na minha conta da Apple nele e dai estava mexendo nas configurações, quando resolvi olhar novamente e apareceu a opção de Cobertura -> Garantia do iPhone e estava como o do meu iPhone anterior que foi trocado.

Eu achei bem estranho isso, pois se a Apple trocou por que está com a garantia do meu iPhone anterior?

Inclusive no papel de entrada, diagnóstico e troca do meu iPhone, está escrito “trocado unidade completa em garantia”.

pois eu realmente cuido muito,

então não tem marcas ou arranhados para eu identificar se é o meu, mas em relação a aparência está novo como o meu estava.

I found this very strange, because if Apple changed it, why is it under warranty on my previous iPhone?

Even on the paper entry, diagnosis and exchange of my iPhone, it is written “exchanged complete unit under warranty”.

it has no signs of use, so I can't tell if it's mine, because mine didn't have it and I really take care of it a lot, so there are no marks or scratches for me to identify if it's mine, but in terms of appearance, it's as new as mine was.
