iPhone 7 won't "work"

Hi!

In my workplace we've been using an iPhone 7 to play, via bluetooth, some music in our lobby.

Since I got here I never saw an Apple ID on the device. We only used Spotify to play some music and that was all. Even on the Spotify app we already had 2 playlists downloaded to play music, so everything was pretty "easy" to use.


The device and its apps started getting weird when some random day, Spotify updated the playlists when we had half of our playlist downloaded and the other half wasn't. Surprisingly the half that was NOT downloaded was the one that was playing. The other downloaded half was not playing.


Since that, my options were either download Apple Music or delete Spotify and reinstall it.

When I tried to go to App Store to do one of those options, I couldn't enter in the App Store, it would just say "Cannot Connect to App Store".

Today we tried to sign in with our Apple ID and it couldn't connect to the Apple ID server.


I tried the soft reset and hard reset. But everything stays always the same!


Can someone help me out?
