Es gibt kein höheres Update für die Uhr als watchOS 5.3.7
Es könnte nur sein, dass iOS 12.4.7 da ein Lücke schließen hilft, wenn iOS 13 eine Uhr mit watchOS 5.3.7 nicht erkennt und auf die neuste Version von watchOS 6 updaten kann.

Just did this with a series1. I had to pair with the original phone and update the firmware for me to pair correctly. All I did was ask to pair and the update happened on an iPhone 6.

Find a phone with ios12 on it if you can and pair your watch to it,it will ask you to update the watch select yes,after it has updated unpair the watch from the ios12 phone and then pair it with your ios13 phone.
Now you can update to watchos6 and higher.

Es gibt aber auch Fälle, da half ein iPhone mit iOS 12 auch nicht.

Have tried using a iPhone with ios 12. This didnt work. When i tried the iPhone showed message that the only way to complete the watch upgrade woud be by upgrading the iPhone to ios 13.
So stuck in a loop.

I have an apple watch series 1 and yesterday I restored it and when I was pairing he said he need to update. Updated to WatchOS 5.3.7 and now I can't pair with my iPhone. Spent half hour talking with apple support and nothing helped...
