Ghost files in Trash iCloud

I'm an iCloud user have an iMac and a MBAir both synced in order to get a seamless working experience. All files are stored in "Documents" and iCloud is setup in both computers.

Some weeks ago, I deleted some files from my MBAir, did not flush the bin, and the files showed up in mi iMac trash bin (with a cloud next to it).

I've tried almost anything to flush those files from the trash bin, but just some seconds after I do so, they get restored on the bin.

I've done some sudo commands, flush both computers trash, flush one but the other disconnected from the internet... everything. Still can't solve it.

Can't move those files to a non-iCloud folder (shows error 36) either

Any clues someone?
