Hay una partida que está defectuosa. Y en cualquier momento, el teléfono móvil, se puede quedar sin altavoz, y sin micrófono para siempre. Se trata de un fallo epidemico de audio en iPhone 7 y 7 Plus
La llamada “Loop disease” ( enfermedad en el bucle) que ha afectado a millones de Iphone’s 7 y Iphone 7 PLUS puede afectar el envejecimiento de los dispositivos y el agravio de su hardware.
Se le llama al problema “Loop disease”, en referencia a la famosa “Touch disease”, un problema similar que afectó a miles de unidades de iPhone 6 y iPhone 6 Plus a partir de 2016.
La empresa, no se hace responsable porque no tiene suficientes casos como para tomar medidas. A mí me ha tocado ser víctima hoy, viernes, 4 de Octubre de 2019. Al medio día. Al no poder escuchar la conversación de la llamada entrante, no he podido comunicarme con ninguno de mis amigos y contactos.
Por la tarde me acerco a la tienda de la Puerta del Sol de Madrid, y me encuentro con ésta papeleta.
De manera que, hasta que no me haga con otro celular, me encuentro bastante incomunicado.
He pedido una hoja de reclamaciones en la que redacto lo sucedido. Me entregaron la original y una copia, con la que quiero acercarme a denunciar el hecho en una comisaría.
También tengo intención de Consumidores y Usuarios (O.C.U.), para denunciar éste suceso.
